Should you require remote support, please follow the instructions below –
- Click on the following link to download our recommended remote support software

- In the Additional Downloads section, right-click on the download button located under “For the Instant Customer: TeamViewer
Quick Support”. Then click “Save Target As” or “Save Link As” and download the file to your desktop (preferably).
- When you require remote assistance, go to the location where the file was downloaded and double-click on TeamViewerQS.exe – the program will run immediately without requiring installation.
- Contact a VirtueNet Support Consultant on 0861 222 488 and provide them with your unique Partner ID, followed by your 4-digit
password when requested.
- Once the remote support session has ended, close the TeamViewer application.
